MICHELLE LE
Accredited Practising Dietitian & Accredited Nutritionist
Since graduating from Monash University, Michelle has worked in multiple medical clinics and gyms as a dietitian/nutritionist. Michelle is passionate about helping clients enhance their quality of life through evidence-based, realistic nutrition strategies. She has a particular interest in managing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and guiding clients through the low FODMAP diet. Other specialty areas include supporting individuals with chronic conditions such as diabetes, weight management challenges, and nutrition for strength training.
During your initial consultation, Michelle will take a comprehensive look at your diet, lifestyle, and any relevant medical history. Variables such as energy and stress levels, eating habits, meal patterns, and food preferences will be explored. Michelle works with her clients to develop a tailored plan to help them reach their specific nutrition goals. As making dietary changes can be difficult, Michelle is dedicated to ensuring her clients are well supported as they make changes to their eating behaviours, troubleshooting as obstacles arise along the way.
Michelle takes a personalised, non-diet approach to nutrition, encouraging her clients to focus on nourishing foods that can be added to their routine, rather than focusing on restriction or elimination.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys cooking for friends and family, strength training, experimenting with new sports (even though she identifies as having two left feet!), and discovering new cafes and restaurants as a foodie.
